Returns & Exchanges

At Parallel 34, each candle is hand-poured in small batches to ensure exceptional quality. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that items are unused, unlit, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at helloadmin@parallel34studio.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and a clear photo of the item. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note:

  • Used or burned candles are not eligible for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
